The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge with a double sofa bed, arm chair, dining room table and chairs, coffee table, TV / DVD combo, satellite TV and music system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fresh juice maker, orange squeezer, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and a hob. There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs consists of a bedroom with twin beds, which is fitted with a mosquito net fitted, if required. An air conditioning unit has been fitted.
The bedroom leads out onto a sunny balcony with sun loungers. There is also a fitted wardrobe, safe, 2 stools, bedside lights and bedroom furniture. The bathroom has a full bathroom suite and the bath has a shower unit.
Outside there is a small terrace with a table and chairs facing a communal swimming pool? The sun is over the front of the apartment all afternoon and even longer at the balcony.
The swimming pool does not have lifeguards on duty, so if you have small children you will need to take extreme care.
There is a clothes horse for the balcony where clothes will dry very quickly.
Towels and bed linen are included; beach towels are provided. The property is cleaned at the beginning and end of a week's stay and once during a 10-14 day stay, where the linen and towels will be changed as well.
The electical supply in this apartment is 220 Volts / 50 Hertz. The electrial sockets are of the Continental two round pin type, not the UK square pin type. If you have any electrical items with a uk type plug, it is best to bring an adapter with you. I do have some in my apartment but they tend to walk, they can be purchased locally.
